Durability & VersatilityThe Frontier ™ FL11S Series Flail Mower is built with the durability to handle tough jobs like cutting brush, but the versatility to leave turf grass with a finished look.
With the capability to perform in both Grooming Mower and Rough Cutting applications, the Flail Mower is perfect for a wide range of jobs such as waterways, fields, taller brush, ditches, banks, flat ground, hedgerows, pond maintenance, and turf grass.
The ability to have one implement to complete a variety of jobs means that operators can spend their time getting work done instead of spending time switching between implements.
In addition to covering a wide range of jobs, after the first pass, operators will be driving over clean land, sparing your tractor from constantly going against rough material.
Hammer Blades for a Range of ConditionsThe FL10S Series models come standard with hammer blades. These are great all-purpose durable blades, providing aggressive cutting for tougher conditions while also delivering a high-quality cut on maintained fields.
Hydraulic Side Shift for Hard-to-Reach AreasThe FL10S Series model comes standard with hydraulic side shift, giving operators the ability to slide left of center 21.5” and fully extended up to 83”, all from the seat of their tractor. Side shift is ideal for trimming along walls, buildings, trees with low-lying branches, fences, or orchards, making those hard-to-reach areas an easy cut.
FL1045S: Left of Center (21.5”); Fully Extended (68”)
FL1061S: Left of Center (21.5”); Fully Extended (83”)
Rear Hitch Float FeatureWhile in work position, the pin can be removed allowing the cylinder to float so the implement can follow the contours of the ground.
Roller with Adjustable Cutting HeightsThe roller can be adjusted into three different cutting height positions (low, medium, and high). These adjustments can help prevent blades from digging into the soil with changing conditions. Even in rough terrain, the roller can help achieve a smooth performance.
Skid ShoesTo prevent blades from digging into the soil on uneven surfaces, the position of the skid shoes can be adjusted to meet soil conditions.
For optimal cutting performance, adjustments to both the skid shoes and roller can prevent scalping and tilling the ground.External Heavy-Duty Gearbox
The FL10S Series Flail Mower features an external gearbox making this rugged, heavy-duty gearbox easily serviceable and replaceable. The gearbox comes with a one-year warranty.
Parking StandEasily adjust the parking stand into the down position so the flail mower can simply be lowered to the ground during removal.
